Payment may be made by check, money order (in U.S. funds) or by VISA, MasterCard or American Express. On non-credit card orders stamps will be held seven days pending receipt of payment. 3. Expenses for special mailings (such as registered) will be borne by you and added to the billing. Otherwise a simple $1 fee for postage and private insurance will be added. 4. An extended payment plan is available for orders over $300. Purchase will be shipped upon receipt of the final payment. There is no charge for this service. Illinois residents must include 6.5% sales tax.
